Charlotte Biney Evadzi

Charlotte Biney Evadzi is an emerging development practitioner, researcher, and educator committed to advancing the rights and well-being of women and children in marginalized communities. She holds an MPhil in English Literature from the University of Ghana, where her research examines gender, trauma, and women’s lived experiences in African literature, with a focus on female oppression, resilience, and social justice. She earned a Bachelor of Education in Basic Education (English Language option) from the University for Development Studies, graduating as the best female student in her programme.

Her professional experience spans teaching, facilitation, academic research, and community engagement. She has served as an Instruction Facilitator and Teaching Assistant, contributed to research on gender and social issues, and presented papers at national and international conferences. With demonstrated leadership and advocacy experience, Charlotte is dedicated to promoting evidence-based, community-centered interventions and aspires to contribute meaningfully to the NGO sector through research, advocacy, and programmes that improve the lives of women and children.
