Dr. Joseph Ebo Mefful

A renowned Theatre Director, Actor, and Lecturer at the Department of Theatre and Film Studies at the University of Cape Coast, Dr. Mefful brings a unique vision to TendaiCare. He approaches theatre as a "laboratory of Ghanaian memory"—a space where ritual, laughter, and protest rehearse new ways of living. At TCF, he applies this same philosophy to operations and volunteer management: empowering individuals to discover their voice, fostering collaboration, and building resilient teams. A dedicated mentor, Dr. Mefful believes in walking alongside others, helping them stage their truths with discipline and daring. He is married with three children, and his passion for nurturing potential—whether on stage or in the community—lies at the heart of all he does.
