As a dedicated Theatre Practitioner, seasoned Educator, and successful Business Woman, she understands that sustainable change requires both a caring heart and a strategic mind. She collaborates closely with communities to design programs that empower women and children, ensuring every initiative is delivered with integrity and respect. Elikem is a mother and blessed with three children. Her deep commitment to service is rooted in her faith, where she serves as a Music minister and Evangelist.
